The Daily Compass is a peer-support and reflection tool. It is not a substitute for professional medical, psychological, or addiction-treatment advice. Violations may result in immediate account suspension or permanent ban.
You retain ownership of all content you create (journals, messages, profile data). By posting in community spaces, you grant 369 Recovery LLC a non-exclusive license to display that content within the App.
The App, including its design, code, daily reflections, and branding, is the property of 369 Recovery LLC. You may not copy, modify, reverse-engineer, or redistribute any part of it without written permission.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time, with or without notice, for conduct that violates these Terms or is otherwise harmful to the community.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, 369 Recovery LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
